Join Us for Orion’s free drop-in Soccer Clinics!

The Orion School sponsors free drop-in Soccer Clinics for children ages 5-14 with neurobehavioral conditions including ADHD, Asperger’s Syndrome, and anxiety related issues. To learn more about neurobehavioral conditions buy a persuasive essay in this way, you can read both general material and more specialized. The goal is to provide a successful low stress alternative to traditional soccer leagues for both children and their families. This program offers the opportunity to build self confidence through participation in a recreational sport program. Children experience being part of a team, learning rules and practicing sport skills through engaging warm ups, drills and scrimmages. There is even an awards ceremony held at the end of each season!

The coaches for the Soccer Clinics are educators with a lifetime of experience and a passion for playing and coaching soccer and team sports. Adults are welcome to join in and help the coaches!

The clinics also give parents a chance to relax and connect with other supportive families. At least on adult needs to stay and siblings are welcome to join. In the community spirit, families are encouraged to bring healthy snacks and drinks to share.

The 2012/2013 School year Soccer Clinics will be held on the following dates:

FALL 2012
September 15, 2012 (Saturday)
September 23, 2012 (Sunday)
September 29, 2012 (Saturday)
October 6, 2012 (Saturday)

SPRING 2013
March 16, 2013 (Saturday)
March 24, 2013 (Sunday)
April 13, 2013 (Saturday)
April 20, 2013 (Saturday)

TIME: Saturday clinics are from 11:00-12:30 and Sunday clinics are from 3:00-4:30.
